Fern
Check: Bi-weekly
Soil: Soil should stay slightly moist, but it’s okay for it to get on the drier side. Avoid letting it dry out completely.
How to Check Moisture: Stick your finger into the soil. If it feels dry a couple of inches down, it’s time to water.
Watering Tips:
- Water top down, ensuring the entire surface of the soil is moist.
- Humidity Tip: Ferns love humidity. If you don't have a humidifier, try misting them every few days or placing them in a bathroom or near a humidifier.
*Beginner Tip: If the tips of the leaves turn brown or crispy, it’s often due to low humidity or inconsistent watering. Increase the humidity or water more consistently to keep the plant healthy.
