We'll do everything on our end to find the safest, most secure location to deliver the flowers whether it is a school, home, apartment/condo or office. For each order, we require the recipient's contact information, as we may reach out to them directly if we're having trouble locating a suitable place to leave the flowers.
The delivery driver will knock or ring the bell, in addition to calling the recipient with the phone number listed. Barring extreme weather, if there is no answer we will place the flowers somewhere safe at the delivery location. Our driver will then, notify the recipient via text to let them know where the flowers were delivered.
Once the delivery is complete, you will receive email notification from us with a delivery photo attached.
If our courier determines that there is not a suitable place to leave the flowers, they will return them to our shop and any redelivery will incur a $20 fee.
