If your order has been received and you are not fully satisfied, please contact us within 5 days of your delivery/pick-up date so we can take a look at your flowers to resolve it in the best way possible. Please email us at help@flowersfordreams.com with any photos you may have!
If you would to like to cancel your order please notify us 24 hours (minimum) in advance of your delivery date, to guarantee a full 100% refund, 48 hours during peak holidays. For more information check out our Cancellation Policy.
