If you make any mistakes with the delivery address you may refer to your order confirmation email to a link where you can update the address up until 6:00 AM the morning of your delivery.
If we cannot complete the delivery with the information provided, you may incur a $20 re-delivery fee for a fresh bouquet to be delivered. We are always happy to add any delivery notes to ensure a successful delivery, please email us at help@flowersfordreams.com or call us at 312-620-1410.
During peak holiday times we cannot guarantee changes on any information once your order has been placed within 48 hours of your delivery date.
