Our drivers will always do their best to make the delivery directly to the specific office, floor or apartment that you have provided us with. For security concerns at certain buildings, our drivers may have to deliver your flowers to the mail room, loading dock or the reception desk for the building.
Please ensure that you have provided the customer's full name. If building security is unable to locate the recipient in their directory, they may refuse to accept the flowers. If we're unable to deliver the flowers with the information provided, this may result in a $20 redelivery fee.
