Yes! We take extra precautions during these times, however it is imperative that you ensure someone is home on a given delivery date. If you have any specific information that will help ensure a successful delivery, please email email@example.com and we will add a note for our delivery team.
When delivering in extreme weather conditions, our drivers will always seek out the safest place to leave the flowers (ex. with a neighbor or local business).
Please note that we will charge a $20 fee, in order to set up a redelivery, if we have to return the flowers back to the shop.
