We'll do everything on our end to find the safest, most secure location for the flowers whether it is a school, home, apartment, or office. We are no longer delivering to hospitals due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. For each order, we require the recipient's contact information, as we may reach out to them directly in circumstances where we're having trouble locating a suitable place to leave the flowers.
If our courier determines that there is not a suitable place to leave the flowers, they will return them to our shop and any redelivery will incur a $20 fee. To ensure a successful delivery, it is very important to ensure your recipient is available or provide as much information as possible about your delivery (suite number, company name, school name, or store name) at point of purchase.
